A lifelong Washingtonian with deep roots in both DC and Montgomery County, Katie combines extensive local knowledge with a highly personal approach to real estate. Katie grew up in Cleveland Park, attended Sidwell Friends School, and earned her degree in French from Drew University. She has lived in Takoma Park, Maryland, since 2003 with her husband and business partner, Piers, where they raised their four sons and several loving canine companions. Her lifelong familiarity with Washington and its close-in communities gives her clients something that cannot be learned from market reports alone: an intuitive understanding of neighborhoods, homes, people, and the subtle differences that can shape both value and quality of life.

Before real estate, Katie served as Director of HR and Finance for a Washington-based consulting firm, experience that strengthened the organizational, financial, and interpersonal skills she now brings to every transaction. Since entering real estate, she has built a thriving business largely through relationships, referrals, and repeat clients. Her work has been recognized by Washingtonian and Bethesda Magazine, RealTrends, and the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®, including recognition for both production and service.

The team serves buyers and sellers throughout Washington, DC, and close-in Maryland, with especially deep expertise in Takoma Park and surrounding communities.
