Actually, Katie worked with me on selling my previous property and buying the current one. I felt very supported in both transactions.

1) Katie is very knowledgeable and competent. She explained her strategy to sell the house very clearly and cohesively, including pricing, marketing, contacts, and logistics. You want to know her strategies? You have to hire her. :-D. She can also show you private exclusive listings that have not yet hit the market. That’s how I got to my current property.

2) Katie and her team go well beyond what I have known agents to do.
