A real estate professional with a compassionate and considerate approach that her clients really love, Katie uses her outgoing and motivated attitude to buy and sell real estate in Maryland and DC. Katie has “found her calling” in real estate, an activity that combines all of her passions: service, engagement, community, family, and customer delight.

Katie is a lifelong Washingtonian who grew up in Cleveland Park (NW DC) and has been a proud resident of Montgomery County Maryland for over 20 years, where she lives with her husband, four sons, and one dog. She is an active community member in the “Azalea City” of Takoma Park.

When she isn’t busy cheering on her kids at swim meets or school plays, she can be spotted walking her "Pandemic Puppies", catching up with neighbors, chatting with friends over coffee, doing Yoga, walking along Sligo Creek, or dreaming of escaping to the Delaware shore with her family.

A graduate of Sidwell Friends and Drew University with a BA in French, Katie was formerly Director of HR & Finance for a DC-based consulting firm. Working with both sellers and buyers, Katie's career has thrived and grown tremendously.  Katie received Gold Recognition Award from the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors® in 2021 for selling over $21M. She is also a Top Producer in Washingtonian and Bethesda Magazines.

Katie has been trained in Equity, Inclusion & Diversity, achieving the National Association of Realtors specialty designation of At Home With Diversity accreditation.

While knowing the local market as only a native can, Katie has not only lived and worked in the area, but she has traveled internationally and understands the excitement and challenges of relocations. She has the drive to provide the smoothest experience possible for those going through the momentous step of buying, selling, or even both at the same time!
