Housing Inventory Recovery Continues At A Breakneck Speed, Giving Buyers More Choices
"In a market with conditions that don’t particularly favor buyers or sellers, both will likely have to make compromises to make a deal happen. As mortgage rates continue to fluctuate and increase the cost of buying a home, it’s important for sellers to price their home appropriately to attract buyers in the market. Lifestyle Tips and Tricks
Curb Appeal
Since it is National Gardening Month, here are some tips to help enhance the curb appeal of your property!
1. Mow the lawn, trim the hedges and weed the flower beds.
2. Refresh the flower beds. Get rid of dying plants and plant new ones. Add annuals to add a pop of color.
3. Power wash any hardscaping, driveway, garage door and exterior of the house. Be careful, not all materials can handle it.
4. Wash all the windows. You don't realize what a difference this can make until you see it. No pun intended.
5. Consider painting the front door, replacing the house numbers, mailbox and door mat.
6. Find a creative way to hide the trash and recycle bins and garden hoses.
7. Consider staging the outdoor space with outdoor rugs, furniture and lighting.
8. Repair or replace old fencing
9. Make sure gutters are properly installed and secured.
10. Keep the yard in tip top shape as long as it is on the market.
