I just returned home from my third Compass REtreat, where I got to work and play amongst my amazing Compass colleagues. It was held in San Diego this year. Highlights included dancing to a live band on the outfield of the baseball park where the Padres play, doing Barre class on the Navy Pier, eating at Prado, and touring an ultra luxury Compass Private Exclusive (reach out if you have $40M burning a hole in your pocket!)
